It supports a metal top frame crafted from solid brass with a clear varnish. The table is completed with a choice of tops: a round crystal glass, a black lacquered surface, or a marble top in Nero Marquina or Bianco Carrara, both polished and impregnated for durability.This design subverts traditional expectations by using glass, typically a light and fragile material, as the sturdy base for a metal top that appears to effortlessly float above. Created using a traditional wooden mould, the transparent, tinted glass base establishes a sculptural presence in any space. It contrasts with and complements the solid brass frame, together evoking the elegant shape of a bell. The side table's reflective surfaces and the interplay of materials add a unique and sophisticated touch to any interior, celebrating both the inherent beauty of the materials and the art of hand craftsmanship.
