Woods Desk

The Woods desk comes from the collaboration between the Fantoni brand and the Metrica brand. Made of wood, it is available in three sizes and various finishes.Woods is a complete program of tables that arises from reflection on new ways of working and changes in places of use. An innovative project featuring the use of solid wood in beech and oak, a material that on its own returns a perception of naturalness and visual comfort that combines well with the comfort deriving from the performance of the table that can also be used in an upright position. The leg, whose inclined design gives the table a sober yet sophisticated look, consists of two telescopic cylindrical elements, one of which is made of wood. Lucio Quinzio Leonelli, Metrica's President & Managing Partner, talks about the collaboration between the two companies: "We believe that what aroused in Fantoni the interest in collaborating with Metrica was initially the design practice that sets us apart and that guarantees design sensitivity, technical competence and technological innovation combined with vision of the market and the final consumer".
