Water Illusion

Water Illusion is a Vases and Bowls Collection designed by Assia Karaguiozova for the Poltrona Frau brand.Inspired by the intense Zobra's Sirtaki's rhythm, the Water illusion collection aims to depict the continuous water movement and the encounter between waves and sky, crystallizing their sinuous and unique manifestations through the glass.The collection includes vases and bowls available in two different sizes and finishes, made of crystal and "cotisso" (a particular recycled glass, 100% eco-sustainable). This two materials are fused together, through the Cast Glass technique, a process where the materials are melted in crucibles at high temperatures.The entire collection is characterized by a wavy texture with a smooth and rippled surface, aimed to precisely simulating the movement of water, giving each room unmistakable elegance and refinement.
