The Wanderlust Ottoman by Jover Valls is part of a collection of minimal pieces whose exclusiveness and precision are shown through the details, like the hand-turned nuts and bolts. Wanderlust is a seat inspired by the typical Bauhaus philosophy, focused on the essentiality of lines and the celebration of details. The solidity of the cold-bent, hand-polished metal frame is combined with the delicacy of the rounded edges. The metallic finishes evoke the passing of time and are completed with vegetable tanned cowhide leather, an environmentally friendly processing which prevents ageing. The light refinement of this Pouf adds character to your living area, decorating your setting with class and good taste.The footrest Pouf can be perfectly combined with the matching Wanderlust Chaise Longue with cold-folded carbon steel frame produced with computer numerical control, subjected to galvanic and nickel plating treatments, hand polished and lacquered. The two finishes available are coloured by electrolysis: matt antique brass, smoked black and antique silver finishes. The chrome plating provides the even metallic colour final finish at least 50 microns on the whole surface. Subjected to corrosion resistance test carried out in a saline chamber in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9227: 2017 e UNE-EN ISO 1456: 2010 standards. Spanish bovine hides with a 3,5 minimum thickness originated from the food industry, treated with vegetable-tanned leathers based on oils and fats from vegetable barks or fibres giving the leather great flexibility. The veins visible in the texture are typical of the folds from the hides of the animals. The available colours of the leather are: black, navy blue, dark brown, cognac and tobacco.
