Vetrina Cupboard

Vetrina Cupboard produced by Bruno Longoni, is an authentic piece of design history, the work of Aldo Rossi, an architect who revolutionised the 20th century design scene. Exhibited at the Milan Triennale 2022, at the Museo del Novecento in Milan at the personal exhibition ALDO ROSSI. DESIGN 1960-1997 until October 2022. Vetrina Cupboard has been placed at the centre of 20th century design exhibitions and solo shows dedicated to Aldo Rossi, because of its strongly evocative character of traditional classical Italian style. The severe volumes are broken up by an area of emptiness that provides a countertop. The finishes are reminiscent of ancient cabinet-making, the geometries are like Renaissance architecture.Tall cherrywood cupboard with a base with drawers that have brass tongues as sockets. The riser has two lockable doors. Produced in Cantù, Italy.
