Steelwood Shelving System is a modular bookcase system designed by the duo designers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for the Magis brand. The design idea of the Steelwood collection comes from a particular assembly of traditional materials: steel and wood. Structure (uprights and crosspieces) in solid natural or painted beech; joints in polyester painted steel sheet and shelves in painted MDF. The entire Steelwood collection is destined to become more beautiful over time, once it has acquired a pleasant patina due to use and years.
