Shape Vase

Shape Vase is part of the Serax collection of the same name, born from the creativity of Dutch designer Piet Boon, whose balanced designs and fusion of design and functionality are known and appreciated worldwide. Shape Vase, in each of its three variants, presents itself as a sober, timeless object that lets its details tell of the fine research into nature that inspired the design. Each vase has different curves, sizes and shades, perfect on their own but able to form a harmonious whole when placed side by side. Their shape mimics the petal partitioning of buds, foreshadowing the actual use for which they were designed: to comfortably accommodate floral compositions. Light plays with the different thicknesses of the sandblasted glass, highlighting the lines with shadows. Mouth-blown, sand-blasted glass vases.
