Shanghai is a vase made of polymethylmethacrylate, designed by Mario Bellini for Kartell. Now available in new versions of gold or copper metallic. Shanghai is a multi-faceted vessel which opens from the bottom to the top as driven by a swirling, which gives light and grit. Shanghai is like a refractive index that is released from a fracture of crystals in alternating flashes of light and shadows, creating irregular geometric forms, charm and multicolored multiform as the city of the East from which it takes its name.
