Serving Cart is a project by Bodil Kjær for Cassina. Structure in Canaletto walnut or ash, shelves in laminated HPL, and brushed stainless steel easily removable for cleaning. The leitmotif of Bodil Kjær's projects has always been to create functional and aesthetically pleasing furnishings as an integral part of the architecture of an environment. In 1963, the Serving Cart was the solution for small spaces, a typical example of functional design, in fact when not in use it could be stored under the table.Cassina and the designer collaborate to add functionality to the product, honoring the original design. Equipped with a cup holder, a goblet holder, an accessory to keep the bottles always frozen, today the trolley has new proportions to contain a service for six people. The upper shelves are always in brushed stainless steel.
