Scarlett Round Sofa

Scarlett is a round sofa designed by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poltrona Frau. The seat's frame is made of solid beech wood. Backrest and armrest in the lattice which hosts the padded goose down and polyurethane foam seat. Goose down is also used in the backrest cushions, which in turn are liberally covered with loose square and rectangular cushions. All of the cushions are upholstered in fabric or Pelle Frau® leather. Scarlett steals the show, its eye-catching circular form an invitation to relax. Scarlett is a chaise lounge which is also a sofa that combines architectural geometries with full and soft volumes. A welcoming and comfortable nest. The piece is surrounded by a brushed and burnished steel ring which supports a system of Cuoio Saddle Extra leather straps. The straps create a frame that functions both as a backrest and armrest and that includes the cushion seat. The Scarlett also features eight castors which allow the sofa to rotate through 360°.  Suggested optional back cushions. Goose down-filled, not included in the price. To further enrich the sofa it is advisable to purchase n. 2 “movable” cushions in the following sizes: n. 1 47X47 and n. 1 75×45.
