Sax is a variably height-adjustable table on casters, with frame powder-coated in black or chromeplated steel and tabletop made of crystal glass, black lacquered or Fenix HPL in matte black and plastic casters in black, designed by Christoph Böninger for Classicon. Sax is a constructivist masterpiece. Its patented mechanism reveals completely new aspects in the concept of the heightadjustable table. The scissor frame is fixed to elements that can be moved along the table's edge. A small turn of the hand changes Sax from a low side table into a high serving trolley and vice versa. With its variably adjustable table height and rollers Sax is a practical companion with many faces and possible uses.
