Poltrona Frau proposes a limited edition of the Sanluca armchair, to celebrate the work of the Castiglioni brothers, presenting a limited edition of this iconic seat. Only 100 pieces, in two positive-negative versions, white on black and black on white. The Sanluca armchair, presented for the first time at the Triennale di Milano, is an icon of Italian design for its aesthetics combined with functionality. The genius of the Castiglioni brothers anticipates the values of ergonomics, drawing a "wave" shape that offers three points of support for the back. In it, we find a balance between decoration and design, where form follows function. The rigid wooden structure is made for separate components and subsequently assembled. The covering is in a special fabric made with a jacquard frame based on a new design by Max Huber. Available in two colors: white background with black stripes and black background with white lines. The feet are made of solid wenge-stained ash wood.
