Rudolph Bench Two Seater by Serax was born from the inspiration that Belgian designer Vincent Van Duysen drew from the work of an American modernist architect, creating a collection of seats from which it would take its name.Rudolph Bench Two Seater embodies the concept of the bench as an archetypal seat and has been reworked here to amplify its comfort and style, drawing inspiration from the history of this object. Rudolf Michael Schindler, a leading figure on the American modernist scene in the 1950s, made the typical recessed banquette the trump card of each of his designs. Soft padding upholstered with a range of fabrics custom-made in Belgium, they rest on a solid aluminium frame with an oak finish to give you the perfect furniture in which to welcome your guests or enjoy absolute relaxation. Rudolph becomes contemporary by transforming itself into a sofa with clean, simple lines and an innate elegance with a unique character. Two-seater bench/sofa with backrest made with an aluminium frame covered in solid brushed oak, available in Black or Cognac (wood is a natural material that may be subject to change over time). Cushion upholstery in hybrid foam with breathable properties, produced in an environmentally friendly manner without CFK. Upholstery fabric made to measure in Belgium, available in Smoke, Off-White, Sand and Beige (90% LI - 10% PA) or Bone (35% CV - 30% LI - 18% PAN - 14% CO - 2% PES - 1% PA). Seat height 43 cm.
