The Brionvega Radiofonografo RR226, designed in 1965 by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, is only radio and turntable like the original. The cabinet is made of lacquered wood, with an aluminium pedestal. Shapes with retro charm, combined with incredible sound definition and the possibility of orienting and moving the speakers in the most suitable way for the surrounding environment, for a stimulating and intriguing listening experience. The Radiofonografo is also a music monitor to which, through the auxiliary inputs, it is possible to connect, in addition to other sources, systems for the reception of audio signals via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth that offer exceptional listening quality. Each Radiofonografo is unique, as there is a high-precision production process behind it, with buttons and body shells made with numerically controlled milling machines, a pedestal produced with a sand casting and moulding process, and then individually painted with the utmost care. The expert hands of Brionvega's craftsmen transform semi-finished products into authentic one-off pieces.
