Romeo & Juliet Bench

Romeo & Juliet is a bench of designer Stijn Goethals, Koen Baeyens and Basile Graux for Extremis. It is made of long rectangular jatoba wood strips and two round holes in the seat create space for large polyester fiber reinforced polyester flower vases.Like Romeo and Juliet, the trees are destined to be together without ever being able to touch. The bench appears as to suspended between two tree. Romeo & Juliet is perfect in the urban space to give a touch of green color and a moment of relaxing. The benches are put in line, the distance between the trees remains identical, creating architectural harmony. They are of course perfectly suited to private gardens or patios as well.
