Designed by Hella Jongerius for Danskina, the Reap rug is made of 87% virgin wool and 13% polyester. Reap seems to be sewn into rows of different rhythms, with a series of oval elements separated by a clean horizontal line. The general effect gives an abstract three-dimensional image. The soft and fluctuating pattern is created by two different colored yarns, woven into a black warp on a special fabric loom. Made of New Zealand wool, Reap is an ideal addition to both commercial and residential spaces.
