Plywood DCW (Dining Chair Wood) is a collection of chairs designed by Charles and Ray Eames and produced by Vitra. Made entirely of moulded plywood with ash or walnut veneer. Seat and backrest fixed to the base with shock-absorbing joints (rubber and metal fittings).Plywood DCW is the result of extensive research carried out by Ray and Charles Eames for Vitra during their fruitful careers: designed in the mid-1940s, Plywood DCW is still today an extraordinary model that adapts perfectly to the shape of the human body.
