Designed by Warren Platner for Knoll, this armchair is part of Platner Collection and has a nickel-plated steel wire rod base with clear lacquer protective coating; its shell is in molded fiberglass and has a molded latex foam cushion. Platner armchair is characterised by an elegant, ergonomic and comfortable design. Its iconic, signature structure in metal is enhanced by the softness of the cushion and by the quality of the fabric upholstery. Masterfully designed in 1966, it is still a contemporary lounge chair. On request, it is available in other fabrics.
