Pierre Coffee Table

Pierre is an original collection of marble coffee tables designed by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poltrona Frau. The series consists of three different models in size, with top available in two finishes, Nero Pagoda marble or Calacatta Oro marble. The structure consists of an aluminum L-shaped frame and a base made of tubular steel with knurled aluminum feet, with a burnished finish. The French designer, with his well-known skill, reinterprets the material to create one-of-a-kind furnishing elements. The top of the Pierre coffee tables is obtained by cutting the Nero Pagoda marble slab into pieces of different widths, oriented so that the natural veins of the marble become straight but staggered lines. The graphic effect is extremely elegant and contemporary. The Calacatta Oro marble finish, on the other hand, is a single slab, respecting the different characteristics of this refined marble.
