The Pesciera designed by Roberto Sambonet in 1957 is one of the highest expressions and internationally known design made in Italy. Made of steel inox wins the Compasso d'Oro in 1970. The Pesciera is definitely the most famous creation of Sambonet, exhibited in museums around the world, including the MOMA in New York. The well-known artist and designer Roberto Sambonet produces a cult object, nature-inspired and steel inox. The dish is made by cooking the fish in water jets under high pressure, into molds of rubber, the handles to allow the hinge to place the object in 3-position and the two symmetrical parts overlap perfectly for cooking or serving.
