Designed by Achille Castiglioni and Pio Manzù for Flos, Parentesi is an iconic pendat lamp providing direct light, without dimmer. A veritable icon of "Made in Italy", Parentesi stands out for its essential design and formal minimalism obtained through a work of subtraction in the pursuit of simplicity. The lamp moves vertically thanks to the sliding of a painted or nickel-plated shaped steel tube on a ceiling-to-floor steel cable (with a lenght of 4 meters). Note: This element is not dimmable and only includes the steel structure without the base or cable. It can be used as replacement of a broken one or to add it to an existing one and create a double light source, but only with not dimmable models.
