Pantheon is a table with a round top and a wooden cross support. Designed by Mario Bellini for Cassina. Pantheon is a reinterpretation of the iconic La Rotonda table, revisited in an oriental key. The fulcrum of Pantheon is the revolving glass top, this thin, transparent plate rotates easily at the touch of a hand, functioning as a refined revolving tray. Antique and contemporary meet, creating a mix of contrasts and originality. The base is a true wooden sculpture, made up of three interlocking, concealed elements, which appears as an enigmatic three-dimensional play of shapes.
