It doesn't contain elements which are commonly used in kitchenware currently marketed and that various scientific literatures reveal how over time they produce harmful effects for the human organism, such as: Copper, Aluminium, Nickel, Chromium, Cadmium, Lead, Paints , Resin, Non-stick PFOA. Hand washable using common sponges and dishwasher safe.Do not use metal scouring pads and detergents containing sodium hypochlorite (bleach).
