Oblong Plus Modular Sofa by Cappellini is a collection that revamps Jasper Morrison's modular set of modules with a new architectural layout. With its innovative structural design, Oblong Plus Modular Sofa was presented at the Salone del Mobile 2023. Even more flexible and ergonomic, it was conceived as a seating system suitable for both contract and private settings. The elements, offered in different sizes, can be used as independent modules or to create corner, linear or open compositions. Characterised by a very comfortable upholstery, the Oblong Plus sofa is a contemporary product created for the dynamism of our times, and an emblem of free and dislocated seating, perfect for relaxed comfort.Modular seating sofa system composed of two specular corner modules. Steel base, black epoxy powder-coated. Tubular steel frame, with elastic straps for seat, armrest and backrest. Padding in cold-foamed polyurethane foam coupled with multi-density polyurethane foam and polyester fibre wadding. Removable fabric or leather upholstery. Adjustable black plastic feet. Black plastic and metal joints. Stitching colour is always in beige thread for both fabric and leather. It is possible to combine fabrics and leathers, upon request for feasibility and estimate. Seat height: 40 cm.
