Hover Table Lamp

Hover is a collection of lamps designed by YOY in 2022 and produced by the elegant Italian brand Lodes. Hover is available as a table or floor lamp. Hover in the table version is 51.5 cm high, while in the reading version, it measures 149.2 cm. The series is suitable for different uses, such as on a desk, a coffee table or next to a sofa. The floor version can also be used in public spaces such as an airport lounge, hotel room or hall.The Hover table and floor lamps have a lampshade that seems separate from the base, perfectly connected by a single cable that crosses the stem and then exits it. The final result creates the illusion that the light source is almost weightless and floats in the air, like a balloon. Hover is equipped with a dimmer controlled by a power switch located at the upper end of the stem; users can simply touch the top of the stem to modulate the intensity of the light. All typically external technical functions have been carefully incorporated into the internal structure of the lamp. In addition, the power supply is provided with a USB cable. The lampshade consists of a sheet made with a special compound of paper and polymeric film, which on the one hand further emphasizes the lightness of the design language, and on the other extends its duration over time. The sheet is supplied in specially designed packaging to avoid waste, allowing you to minimize the environmental impact.
