Harp & Harp Vibration Rugs

Harp and Harp Vibration are two refined rugs designed by Simona Cremascoli and produced by Poltrona Frau. Made of 100% natural silk, hand-knotted with 86 thousand knots per square metre. Available in two finishes and two sizes.The Italian designer drew inspiration from the romantic image of harp strings, from which the name of the collection originates. The two models differ not only in color but also in elaborate patterns. Harp rug presents a tone-on-tone striped pattern along the short side. Made with a mixed "cut-loop" technique with low and higher relief that makes the surface dynamic. While, Harp Vibration presents a typical chevron design, interpreted as if the lines were "pinched". It is made entirely with the cut technique, which creates the effect of soft velvet. The short side of the rug is finished with a 4-cm border, made of 100% natural silk fabric using the cut technique. There are two sizes for each of the rugs: 200x300 cm; 250x300 cm.
