Filinea is a suggestive armchair designed by Antonino Sciortino for laCividina brand. Made entirely of steel rod, available in three finishes, pitch black, plum and copper, on request. For the design of this futuristic piece of furniture, the Italian designer drew inspiration from the natural shapes of euphorbia tirucalli, a plant that is characterized by its particular intertwined branches. This geometric tangle of steel creates a wide, light, and perfect seat for both indoor and outdoor environments. The feeling of lightness is given by the empty spaces, the light, and the air that circulate inside. The steel rod, only a few millimeters thick, ensures maximum strength and durability, while the three finishes allow Filinea to fit into any style.
