Cavalletto Table

Cavalletto is a table designed by Caccia Dominioni in 1947 for the Azucena brand. The idea of Cavalletto stems from the personal experience of the architect and designer, when he studied at the drawing board of the Politecnico di Milano, and in that table he jotted down ideas and projects. The linearity of the oval shape of the top is broken by the simple and regular trestle base, a familiar but not trivial shape that is part of the background of every professional in the sector. Available in three metallic finishes, the basic structure is slender but sturdy, the top can be chosen from numerous shades of MDF lacquered or in exclusive Calacatta marble.
