Bruto Chair

Bruto Chair by Moormann was created in 2018 by Konrad Lohöfener while observing a very simple clothes clip. The contrast between the steel spring and the strength of wood inspired him for this chair that fully embodies the philosophy of the Moormann brand.Bruto is a chair that fully represents the relationship between these two elements, which are so strong and resistant, but together are able to create a springy movement. The Bruto Chair by Moormann shows all its components making it a strong point, a design that focuses on this characteristic accompanies the eye in retracing the stages of its design. The name of this chair derives from the Italian word Bruto, which means rustic, rough, and inevitably also describes its somewhat retro yet essential industrial style. Stackable chairs in powder-coated steel, moulded beech shells in lacquered ash veneer and untreated ash slats. Polypropylene joint sliders. Seat height: 46, 5 cm. Seat depth: variable depending on the movement from 40, 8 cm to 41 cm.
