Blur is a rug collection designed by Ronan and Erwan Boroullec for the brand Nanimarquina. Available in different sizes and colors. Incredible Hand-Loomed Kilim techniques, mastered to the highest possible level: this is what makes this collection of rugs special and highly luxurious. The meticoulousness and mastery, is displayed by the incredible attention to details and quality, which is the focal point of each rug collection by Nanimarquina. The blur collection takes its name by the visual impact, which from afar might look confusing and "blurry". Nevertheless, when approaching the rug, it becomes clear and distinct, with a beautiful use of rhythmical shapes in a kinetic style. The incdredible thing about this collection, is that to obtain the desired effect, the traditional woven technique has been inverted, making the entire process much more difficult. This change in the weaving process, creates an overall astonishing effect, unusual and very precious, which mixed to the genius of the Boroullec brothers, makes it one-of-a-kind collection.
