Big Bang Rug is produced by Illulian, a brand specialising in luxury contemporary textiles handmade in the oldest Nepalese traditions.Big Bang Rug is a real explosion! A large concentration of carmine colour dominates the centre of a vast, uniform field. Red, the vital colour par excellence, brightens up and spreads with momentum against the cream background, creating an apparently random pattern that simulates a swirling kinetic energy outwards. Big Bang Rug, like the event that generated galaxies and planets, is able to give a burst of energy to any room that needs it.Rectangular rug knotted and hand-carded by Nepalese craftsmen with a density of 152,000 knots/sqm. Made of 50% silk and 50% Himalayan wool, fibres dyed with vegetable and mineral pigments. The base is 0.05 cm high, the design 0.07 cm.
