Bar Stool N°2

Bar n 2 is a stool created by designer Eileen Gray in 1928 and re-affirmed by Classicon brand. Stainless steel base, lacquered in black or cream white. Based polyurethane top coating with polyester fiber. Leather cover with cotton quilt.Eileen Gray created not only complements the classic furniture such as sofas or chairs, but also a series of unconventional bar stools. Version no. 2, originally designed for the house E 1027, also in her Paris apartment in Rue Bonaparte. In her Provencal country home, Tempe a Pailla in Castellar, she used a "Bar Stool" as a nonconformist seat at her drawing desk, a fascinating example of the functional design versatility of Eileen Gray.
