B-Table Table

B-Table is a table designed by Marcel Gascoin and re-proposed by Gubi. Available in two finishes. B-Table is a great classic of post-war design, capable of reinventing itself in a contemporary key thanks to features such as elegance, ingenuity and flexibility. Marcel Gascoin with B-Table responds to the need to furnish compact spaces in post-World War France houses, creating a table that, thanks to a single and fluid movement, is able to transform itself from a square work table to a round dining table for six people. In this way Gascoin, inspired by the space-saving techniques usually used in nautical design, creates two tables in one: through a magnetic mechanism you can easily switch from a square table to a round table, a solution that, in addition to the incredible and refined elegance, enjoys a very high functionality, a fundamental feature and daughter of the time in which the French designer designs this element which has become iconic.The Gascoin collection to which B-Table is part also includes S-Table and C-Chair, both made of wood; the possibility of customization enjoyed by these products allows them to adapt and coexist with different styles both in private homes and in offices.
