822 Bar Stool - High by Ton is part of a collection of seats created in collaboration with the Swedish studio Claesson Koivisto Rune, inspired by a modernist classic.822 Bar Stool - High is an example of contemporary Scandinavian minimalism based on a 1930 design by Josef Hoffmann. It is model A-811, which the Swedish designers have graphically reworked in the profiles and circular holes on the seat, which lighten the composition and create an ideal connection with the original material used in the 1930s. They have created a distinct version whose proportions are better suited to the natural shapes created by the traditional hand-bending technology of wood, typical of the Ton brand. Essential with references to the classic, the 822 Bar Stool presents itself as the perfect piece of furniture to characterise private rooms or catering establishments with an informal touch.High bar stool in beech wood.
