Designed in 1935 by Gerrit T. Rietveld and now proposed in a 30% smaller version, Utrecht Baby is the brand new armchair for kids proposed by Cassina. It has a structure in steel, polyurethane foam and polyester padding, fabric upholstery with white fine stitching. Its feet are in black plastic material. Utrecht for kids is part of the "Great Masters" collection by Cassina - it keeps the same characteristics of the original armchair, such as the visible white stitching, and has been ergonomically adapted for children from approximately 3 to 8 years old. Utrecht Baby is available in an easy to wash yellow, red and blue eco-leather, the "pure" colours typical of the Neoplasticism movement and of many projects by Rietvield, as well as in two types of red fabric.
