405 Duc-Duc Sofa

405 Duc-Duc is a sofa by Mario Bellini for Cassina. Made with panel structure assembled by means of a zip that runs along the sides for its entire height, the cushion padding in polyurethane foam is wrapped with a 100% recycled fibre, obtained from PET mainly recovered from the sea, guaranteeing comfort and respect for the environment. Duc was originally a project dating back to 1976 and founded on the union between cutting-edge materials and structural technology. Today Duc-Duc is presented in a version with respect for the original design, but with a look towards the environment. In fact, Cassina renews and updates the sofa both in comfort, both in the size of the seat and in the padding made with recycled material. A project in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano and the Cassina Research and Development Center. Contemporary and fresh in style, it will captivate even the youngest people with its renewed appearance.Furthermore, this new version does not include side cushions like the original model however it is possible to add optional armrest cushions.Available in two or three seater sofa version.
